Wanna Play?

Here's a new nightly activity at our house. Playing Games. Board Games that is. Noah got a few new ones for Christmas, and we already had a few in the closet. So every night when Daddy gets home he begs to play a game. Dad usually gives in and then the deal making for two or more sets in. It is a great bargaining tool when it comes to getting Noah to eat his dinner or pick up his toys. Zoe, even gets in on the action, but doesn't have a long enough attention span yet. I think her favorite game is our Sesame Street Chutes and Ladders, when her game piece is "Zoe". The other favorite in the house is Candy Land. Dan tried to teach him checkers the other night, but was pretty frustrated by the end of the game and hasn't attempted it again. Other games they have tried are Bingo, Dominoes, and Jenga. Tonight they are attempting a puzzle. I think this is fast becoming Noah's favorite time of the day. I like it too, as I usually get to do something by myself.
