Sundays.....

Noah thought it would be fun to dress up Pumpkin Pie so he could go to church with us.
As many of you know I get the opportunity to teach the Sunbeams (3 going on 4 year olds) every week at church. It is a very rewarding and sometimes very entertaining job. I thought I'd share a couple of cute moments that have happened in the past few weeks.
--
During Sharing Time we were going to have a special guest. The Primary President was setting it up telling the children that this guest is very old and is coming from about 2000 years ago. Then she asked who do you think it is?

One of my sunbeams shouted out very enthusiastically "My Mom and Dad!"

Later that guest, who was a man dressed like John the Baptist, asked who do you think I am? This same little girl shouted out: "Mary!"
---
I had brought some Tinkerbell stickers for one of are class activities. One of the little girls informed me: "it's okay, they didn't know that her costume was immodest when they drew her."
--
After reading them a story out of the friend about a family who would eat chili and popcorn for dinner every Sunday, I shared that when I was little my Grandpa would cook popcorn on the stove for our family every Sunday. They thought this was the funniest thing ever: "you don't cook popcorn on the stove - you put it in the microwave!" (shows you how much things have changed.)
--
One of the girls informed Noah that he could have a chocolate cake for his birthday since brown was for boys....
--
My Mommy doesn't let me feed my baby sister cause she thinks I'll choke her, but when she's gone Daddy lets me do it as a special treat....(you get to learn all sorts of family secrets)
--
I'll like fruit when I'm 5!
