Look at all this snow

We woke up to way too much snow Monday morning. The most we've seen since we moved here in 2007. It kind of put a wrench in our plans. We were supposed to go get our Pictures taken in Reno, so Dan got up and shoveled our driveway. We decided to attempt the trip thinking that the freeway would be clear, but we didn't even make it that far. We got out of our driveway just fine, but were unable to get out of our neighborhood. So we turned around and made the best of a snow day. The kids enjoyed playing in it and trying to perfect the art of the snow ball. We really wanted to make a snowman, but couldn't get the snow to stick together well enough.
Noah really enjoyed throwing snow at Mommy and Daddy. However he didn't get the concept of keeping the snow off Daddy's cleared driveway or sidewalk.
What a difference a few years make. Noah really enjoyed it this time around. I haven't seen this much snow since we lived in Utah.
As you can see Noah didn't get the concept back then and really didn't enjoy it. Can't blame him as he was just a baby. (Dec 2006 - 17 months old) Zoe loved it and dug right in.
She was the first to call it quits. I was relieved because I really wanted to go in too.
