Since we live in a so called battle ground state we have more than our fair share of political ads. As a result, Noah has picked up the new phrase: "I approve this message."
So, while the two pictured above are known to most of us as the Republican nominee John McCain and the Democratic nominee Barrack Obama, to my three year old son, they are simply known as "I approve this message."
Yep, he considers that often included phrase to be their names. That is how he refers to them every time he sees them on TV, in the newspaper, in a magazine, or on a billboard.
They also happen to share their name with the candidates running for Congress in our lovely state of Nevada: Republican Dean Heller and Democrat Jill Derby.

So, I'll be glad when November 4th finally comes and goes...I'm just scared to see what the end results will be. I hope everyone remembers to get out and vote in this very important and critical election year, as we all have a lot at stake.

It is a scary thought. But then, our country is in a very scary place right now.
I am probably more frightened with this election than I have been with the others.
Noah is so cute. It's funny what little kids pick up.
