Boys Day

Day 3 was the boys day to have fun without us girls. So, they headed out to spend the day in Reno. And by day I mean the whole day. Zoe called them around dinner time to see if her Noah and Daddy were coming back. They eventually made their way home after Zoe was already fast asleep - they also carried a sleeping Noah into the house. Here are a couple of highlights from their day.

While the boys were away us girls enjoyed a nice trip to the Library, to Walmart, Ice Cream at Steve's Homemade Ice Cream Shop (Zoe got her usual chocolate chip), and dinner at Burger King. We also stopped at the neighborhood park to play for awhile. I discovered that my little girl who has always loved the swings is now suddenly afraid of them. She insisted on still going on them but had to keep reassuring herself, "This is not dangerous, this is not dangerous," as she swung back and forth. I'm wondering what happened - perhaps someone has pushed her too high, or has she picked up on Noah's fear of swings?
