This is the new threat my kids use against each other. "What?," you may ask. Yep, if one doesn't like what the other is doing they will tell them, "I'm going to get you a Step Mom." Without fail this will send the other into fits of hysteria. It is actually very comical, but gets old really fast. "Why?," you may ask. I'm not sure but it has to do with the kids' new movie.
This is the kids' new Movie.....
If you haven't seen it before, or if it has been awhile, Noah or Zoe would be glad to give you a summary of the movie. A very detailed summary of a movie they've only seen it once.
Do they know what a Step Mom is or means? No, but they do know that Snow White has one. Snow White's Step Mom is very mean as she wants to be prettier than Snow White, so she plots to get rid of her. Cinderella also has one. Her Step Mom is so mean and makes her clean and work very hard. What is it with Disney? But that is an entirely different post.....
So, to them a Step Mom is mean, scary, and evil, someone you should fear and definitely something that would be a horrible punishment. For those of you have heard about "The Witch Sitter" the new found "Step Mom" seems to slightly out rank her.
