Simon Says....

...Do your homework.

As part of his weekly homework assignment Noah was to play Simon Says and to have a practice fire drill with his family. We decided this would make a good Family Home Evening activity. Unfortunately I was in no shape to play and sat this one out. It was fun to sit back and listen to there endless list of questions. I also got a good laugh out of watching everyone be silly and the fact that the kids had a hard time understanding the rules of the game.

Zoe demonstrating how to crawl low to the ground to avoid the smoke of a fire.Noah practicing Stop! Drop! and Roll!
We know have a designated meeting place in case there is a fire and a safe house in case they can't find mom or dad.

Noah trying to be "Simon". He didn't understand that not every command should start with "Simon Says..." That the purpose of the game was to get the participants to mess up.
Daddy and Zoe jumping up and down....
Zoe and Noah crawling around like babies...
Daddy being "Simon"....
Noah trying to figure out what to have people do...
This time Zoe gave the command for daddy and Noah to jump....
More crawling around. As you can see there wasn't too much creativity when it came to actions.Another successful FHE in the books.
