Swim Lessons

The kids had a lot of fun taking swimming lessons at our local pool. I think Zoe had a little crush on her male instructor Justin. The two of them never seemed to be too far apart. So, much that Justin was teased by his supervisor the one day Zoe didn't participate -- she wanted to know where his girlfriend was. They weren't swimming by the end of the two weeks, but I still think it was a success. Noah got over his fear of getting his face wet and he participated in something without me right there. He also had to listen and take directions from his teachers as they were the "boss" of the pool. Zoe was the smallest of the class and one of the first ones to volunteer and participate in new activities. I was surprised at how willing she was to let someone else help her and take direction from someone else. By the end of the two weeks they were both jumping off the side of the pool and going under water. Here are a few highlights......
